1. Information BAVOXA PRO may process
Depending on how an organization uses BAVOXA PRO, the service may process:
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication status, company membership, and assigned role.
- Company and channel information needed to determine which workspace and conversations a user may access.
- Push-to-talk voice content that a user intentionally records or transmits while using the talk function.
- Presence and operational information such as online/offline status, selected channel, device status, and recent service activity.
- Push-notification and device identifiers needed to deliver application notifications and supported communication features.
- Technical logs and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
- Support information that users choose to provide when contacting PR Tech Digital.
2. Microphone, audio & headset use
BAVOXA PRO requests microphone access so users can intentionally send push-to-talk voice communication. Audio is captured when a user activates the talk function and is delivered according to the company and channel associated with that session. Bluetooth or headset features may use device audio-routing capabilities provided by the operating system.
3. Company privacy & tenant isolation
BAVOXA PRO is designed for multiple independent organizations. Company membership, roles, channels, operational data, and push-to-talk delivery are scoped to the applicable company workspace. Users are intended to access only the company and channels for which they are authorized.
4. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide company workspaces, enforce role and channel access, transmit push-to-talk communication, deliver alerts and notifications, support compatible devices, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, maintain security, and improve service reliability.
5. Service providers
PR Tech Digital may use cloud hosting, authentication, storage, notification, and other technology providers that are necessary to operate BAVOXA PRO. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.
6. Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BAVOXA PRO, maintain authorized company accounts, deliver communication features, secure and troubleshoot the service, satisfy legitimate business or legal obligations, and resolve support requests. Retention periods can vary by data type and company use.
7. Security
PR Tech Digital uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect BAVOXA PRO information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. BAVOXA PRO also uses company- and role-aware access controls to separate authorized workspaces. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Sharing & advertising
PR Tech Digital does not sell BAVOXA PRO personal information for third-party advertising. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate the service, with an organization’s authorized administrators where appropriate, when a user directs us to share it, or when required by law.
9. Privacy choices, access & deletion
Users may contact their company owner or administrator regarding organization-managed account access. Privacy, account, or deletion requests may also be sent to PR Tech Digital. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request and may retain information when required for security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes.
10. Children
BAVOXA PRO is intended for organizational and professional team communication and is not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as BAVOXA PRO evolves or as legal, security, or operational requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
